Vancouver, British Columbia Position: Chairman and CEO
Since 1997, Mr. Chengfeng Zhou has served as chairman and CEO of China Education Resources Inc. In addition, he served as president and director for the private investment holding company, Double Ocean Investments Inc. in Vancouver, British Columbia from 1994 through 2004. Mr. Zhou was also a director for Allied Pacific Properties and Hotels Ltd. Prior to joining China Education Resources Inc., he acted as an advisor to a number of companies in Ontario, British Columbia and China. Committed to the fields of financial, technology and global education. Mr. Zhou was a lecturer at Beijing United University for seven years. In 1983 he obtained his Bachelor of Philosophy degree from the People's University of China in Beijing, and from 1990 to 1991 he studied business in the Faculty of Business Administration of Memorial University of Newfoundland.

Beijing, China Position: Director
Ms. Wang currently serves as the executive director of China's Stock Exchange Executive Council (SEEC) and is the managing director of SEEC Holdings Limited (SEEC Holdings). SEEC is a Beijing-based investment banking firm, which provides a full range of investment banking services typically offered by similar North American firms. The SEEC also publishes a biweekly financial newsletter in China. Ms. Wang has held her positions with SEEC for more than five years.

Danny Hon is a Certified General Accountant with over 20 years experiences in accounting and finance experience. He became an associate member of the Certified General Accountants Association of Canada in 1994 and a certified financial planner in 1998. Mr. Hon became a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom in 1992 and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 1999. Mr. Hon received his master of science in administration from Central Michigan University in 2000. Mr. Hon is a partner in Hon & Wong, Certified General Accountants, a Vancouver, B.C. based accounting firm and has extensive experience working with Canadian and U.S. listed public companies, which have businesses in China. Mr. Hon is currently the Chief Financial Officer of China Education Resources Inc., a director and Chief Financial Officer of Brand Marvel Worldwide Consumer Products. Mr. Hon was also formerly the Chief Financial Officer of China Gold International Resources Corp. Ltd., Silvercorp Metals Inc., Maxy Gold Corp. and Lucky Strike Resources Ltd.

Lian Li is an international business consultant with over 20 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance. She has served with Capital House in London, Primasia Investment Management Ltd and South China Group in Hong Kong. Ms. Li has also advised major corporations from the USA, China, Australia and Europe. Ms. Li holds a Master's Degree from Brunel University in London, England and a B.A. from Northeastern University of Finance and Economics in China. She has been a board member of Cheasapeake Gold Corp., a Vancouver based Toronto Stock Exchange listing company since December 2013.
