| Tue Aug 28, 2007 China Education Resources Inc. Succeeds in Implementing China's Largest Online Teacher Training Program

| VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(August 28, 2007) - China Education Resources Inc. (CER, the Company) (TSX VENTURE:CHN)(PINK SHEETS:CHNUF), a leading provider of K-12 education resources and services through its national internet portal, CERSP.com, announced today the success of China's largest on-line teacher training program to date. The program is educating forty seven thousand teachers from across China in the government's new creative curriculum methodology, which is an essential element to modernizing China's education system. The Company's revenues for this program are approximately US $850,000.

Government officials, national experts, teachers and administrators are working closely with us to make our CERSP web portal the most effective national online education resource in China." CER is developing products and services to meet the requirements of the Chinese government's eleventh 5-year plan (2006 -- 2011), which includes mandates for online education discussion and distance training.
The government led, CER implemented online program is the largest in China's history at more than twice the size of the Spring 2007 program and more than four times larger than a year ago. This program includes two new initiatives, the launch of "My Study Room," which has a similar interface as "My Space," but with education content. The most powerful feature of "My Study Room" is CERSP's new Education Messaging (EM), which includes an online audio conference capability.
Several distinguished government and education officials visited the headquarters of the "CERSP Summer Teacher Training Program" on August 21, 2007. Ms. Zhu Muju, the Chair of Curriculum Development Center (CDC) of the Ministry of Education (MOE), was the highest official in attendance. Ms. Zhu expressed her appreciation for CERSP's teacher training program and the master trainers' efforts. She also pointed out that, CERSP's successful long-distance training is very important for promoting the government's new curriculum standards.
The numerous Chinese media outlets attending and reporting on the training also highlight the importance of this program. These news organizations include Guangming Daily, China Education Daily, China Teacher, Modern Education and the Education View magazine.
This teacher-training program began on August 10, continues until December 2007. The program is comprised of 25 courses, delivered in two modules, one for K-9 and a second module for grades 10-12. CER is planning for larger teacher training events, to take advantage of CERSP's scale-ability. The CERSP portal capacity is currently estimated at 500,000 teachers.
The Company also has plans to provide additional essential education services in the future, including student tutoring, regional training and "push e-mail" to support China's education modernization efforts.
