China Education Resources Inc. Partners Spanish Firm to Develop Soccer Education Program for China K--12 Students

 VANCOUVER, Canada (March 9, 2016) - China Education Resources Inc. ("CER") (TSX.V: CHN; US OTCQX: CHNUF), an edu-tech company with leading technology in intelligent system and content provider for online learning, training courses and social media for teachers, students and education professionals, today provides shareholders and investors with an update on its business performance.

First of all, a new horizon in China education sector has emerged since 2015 which is the rapidly spreading soccer education. As a result, Chinese students urgently need leading edge soccer education materials representing the latest international soccer industry. The current China soccer market is estimated to be $200 billion. By 2025, the China sports industry is forecasted to reach $859.9 billion, and the biggest segment is soccer.

CER has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with SOXNA S.L. to develop soccer education program for China K-12 teachers and students. SOXNA S.L. is a Spanish consulting company of sports and has close connections with several famous soccer clubs in Europe. SOXNA S.L. has been running several significant sport programs, such as The Evergrande Real Madrid Foundation Football School, which is the largest soccer school in the world. Chinese central government has announced the China School Soccer Master Plan in 2015. The target is to set up 20,000 soccer schools with 20 million students' involvement by 2017, have 100,000 soccer schools by 2025 and achieve the world cup competition. It is the first time ever China introduces soccer textbook to China K to 12 school system as a mandatory course.

Ministry of Education, China ("MOE") has started K-12 school soccer teachers training program for the China School Soccer Master Plan since 2015. MOE also requires completing the four levels soccer competition system which starts from grade 3 students for primary school, junior high school, senior high school and college.
