China Education Resources Inc. Updates - Soccer Education Program

 VANCOUVER, Canada (August 22, 2016) - China Education Resources Inc. ("CER") (TSX.V: CHN; US OTCQX: CHNUF), an edu-tech company with leading technology in intelligent system and content provider for online learning, training courses and social media for teachers, students and education professionals, today provides shareholders and investors with an update on its business performance.

Further to CER's May 31, 2016 press release on soccer education program, CER has launched its soccer education online platform which integrates the functions of CER online teacher training platform and school platform for the soccer textbooks. The online platform is not just help students to learn soccer courses but also assist teachers on understanding an effective approach to teach the soccer textbooks in classroom as well as after school. The platform has a vertical management system and social network for regional education authorities, schools, classrooms and individual student. The system provides tools for both teachers and students to collect and organize learning/teaching resources, develop learning/teaching plans and interactions among teachers, students and parents. The users can use the platform via both personal computers and smartphones, particularly watching soccer video contents by smartphones.

China central government announced the China School Soccer Master Plan in 2015. This was the first time ever China introduces soccer textbook to China K to 12 school system as mandatory courses. With the government plan, soccer education is blossoming in China. The current China soccer market is estimated to be $200 billion. By 2025, the China sports industry is forecasted to reach $859.9 billion, with soccer as the biggest segment.
