China Education Resources Inc. Soccer Program Update

VANCOUVER, Canada (February 27, 2018) - China Education Resources, Inc. ("CER") (TSXV: CHN) (OTC: CHNUF), an ed-tech company with leading technology of intelligent system and contents to provide online/offline learning, training courses and social media for teachers, students and education professionals, today provides shareholders and investors with an update on its soccer program.

Further to its press release of January 22, 2018, CER has launched its indoor cage football (soccer) program in a shopping mall. The indoor cage soccer program is designed for kids from 5 years to 12 years old. Kids will have face to face coaching for soccer drills as well as cage soccer competition games. The program also provides an online training platform to enrich the learning experience of all participants. Users can watch soccer training video contents on their computers or smartphones and interact with coaches and parents. Each kid will be provided with a personal online studio for their learning convenience, which includes training materials, learning tools and social network. CER will also take advantage of its existing education programs and tailor them to integrate into each kid's studio.

Shopping malls in big cities of China now house educational institutes that offer classes covering every conceivable subject, ranging from English language to arts. CER's indoor soccer program will provide facility and training for kids from local communities to learn soccer skills and to play cage soccer games; it also allows parents to drop off their kids at the soccer activities while they go off shopping at the mall.

Asian parents spend seven times more money on their kids' education than American parents do. China's education market is vast and set for further expansion in upcoming years as Chinese families prepare their children to compete in an economy incredibly different from the one they grew up in. The education market is projected to be US$450 billion by 2020. Education is the number one priority for parents desperate to help their Children get ahead in competitive, modern China.

The Central Government of China is in the process of implementing national soccer plan with the aim of popularizing soccer knowledge and skills, developing soccer interests through organizing soccer activities on campus in various forms, and supporting family-oriented social soccer activities. With the government plan, soccer education is blossoming in China. The current China soccer market is estimated to be $200 billion. By 2025, the China sports industry is forecasted to reach $859.9 billion, with soccer as the biggest segment.

Without a doubt, there is a huge soccer market in China, and we believe soccer education has a great potential. We are pleased to have made progress on our soccer program and will continue to update shareholders on CER's future development.
